No, the forms are set sizes, though we plan on introducing more variations in future to cater for all shapes!

We offer several payment options:

• Credit card (Paygate): a secure payment link is sent to you via email for secure credit card payments.
• Snapscan: (Mobile payment option) Scan our code with your mobile phone if you have the app installed (SA customers only).
• Manual EFT: We may send you our banking details for payment
• Cash (local collections only)
• Paypal: pay via your paypal account to ours.

We offer discounts for bulk order quantities as well as student discounts. Agents and resellers may also qualify for discounted prices.

We ship to many destinations worldwide, costs will vary on destination.

The forms are packed in a box unassembled. Assembly instructions are included in the carton. All shipping information and documentation will be confirmed prior to despatch to ensure as smooth a process as possible.

Orders may be cancelled and refunded up to 48 hours from date of order. See also our t’s and c’s for more details.

Goods damaged in transit will be covered by our insurance and a replacement product will be sent to you at no further cost to you.
